Executive Legal Job in Epicenter Technologies

Job Description

Urgently seeking for Corporate Legal Executive.

Location: Mumbai (Bhayandar)

Shifts: 11am-8pm/12pm-9pm

Objectives:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors/clients (domestic or international) and other legal documents;
• Maintain contract tracker to monitor actual and expected TATs;
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations;
• Conduct legal research;
• Elaborate the relevant laws and interpret the clauses;
• Any other legal assignments on need basis.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor legal risks in documentation and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk;
• Highlight risks for an enterprise from contractual obligations and applicable compliances;
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed.

Skillset and specifications:

• Bachelors degree in law (essential)
• Experience of 3-5 years in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents;
• Strong conceptual and research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen to learn new areas and ready take on additional responsibilities.
