Position Summary: We are looking for a meticulous professional who strives to work as Project Manager in large scale Architecture and Urban Design Projects. A professional who aims to create exceptional customer experience by providing seamless coordination with solution oriented, timely and flawless support. The role will be to oversee all aspects of the design and construction process of a project and monitor every step of the process starting from conception stage to completion of the project. Responsibilities: Review GFC drawings & tender specifications. Review & flag workmanship issues as per drawing and specifications. Day-to-day co-ordination with Architect/Consultants team. Coordinate sample approval process and Mock-up execution. Raise concerns that are likely to happen. Visit the site(s) at regular intervals, review and document site quality issues, and prepare site visit reports. Review & issue quality / workmanship observation reports. Keep the design and project management team updated on site progress. Prepare draft presentations for construction status meetings. Maintain site documentations as per the defined SOPs Maintain trackers for various site activities. Coordinate for closure of request for Information (RFIs), technical data sheet (TDS) and shop drawings from the site and maintain log thereof. Education: Mandatory: A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering / construction management Preferred/Optional: Master's degree in project management. Experience: Years: 5 to 8 years Industry: Architectural Consultant / Construction Management / Project Management Company. Skills (Mandatory): Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English language. Good interpersonal and networking skills. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Leadership skills. High proficiency in MS office and MS Projects. Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards. Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach. Energy, can-do attitude, and willingness to go an extra mile to ensure timely project completion. Skills (Preferred): Architectural building system, Construction methodology, Material application, Construction Contract, Building Information Modeling, Integrated design and green building guidelines.
