Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors.
Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve business targets.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for agents to enhance productivity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
Monitor the performance of agents and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with the Noida & Greater Noida market will be an advantage.
