Job Description

This role will be responsible for strategic leadership in airline, airport and flight operations, expertise in regulatory compliance (DGCA, ICAO, IATA), financial management and aviation technologies. Strong knowledge of safety standards, crisis management and operational excellence. The incumbent is expected to excel in meeting strict deadlines in a high-pressure business environment while demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively and contribute towards strategic thinking. Developing and implementing long-term strategies for the aviation, forecasting financial and ensuring cost efficiency. Establishing policies and standards for operational excellence and safety. Ensuring all operations comply with aviation regulations and standards. Overseeing daily aviation operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and ground support. Managing a fleet of aircraft, ensuring they are operated, maintained, and upgraded as required. Coordinating with air traffic control, ground services, and other operational units for seamless service delivery. Keeping updated with changes in aviation laws and policies and implementing necessary adjustments. Managing inspections, certifications, and audits for aircraft and facilities. Fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team. Conducting performance reviews and ensuring career development opportunities,
