Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Executive Logistics Location: Bengaluru Office Hours: 9:30 AM 7:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Education : 10th pass At least Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our logistics team in Bengaluru. The role involves both fieldwork and office tasks to ensure smooth parcel pickup and delivery operations while maintaining excellent customer communication. Key Responsibilities: Pickup & Delivery Coordination: Manage parcel pickups and deliveries as per the schedule. (Field Work) Data Entry & Tracking Updates: Update shipment status, tracking details, and proof of delivery (POD) in the system. Proof of Delivery Uploading & Filing: Maintain accurate records of delivered shipments. Email Communication: Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery, and pickup via email. Customer Interaction & Sales: Communicate effectively with customers to provide service updates and upsell logistics solutions. Documentation Management: Ensure proper filing and organization of shipment documents. Skills & Requirements: Languages Preferred: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and English (must be able to communicate effectively). Basic Computer Skills: Data entry, email handling, and tracking updates (User-friendly software; training provided). Field Readiness: Willingness to travel locally for pickups and deliveries. Good Communication & Customer Service Skills to handle inquiries professionally. Organizational & Time Management Skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
