Target driven sales and marketing activities for respective branches. To review and report the activities of sales executives. To identify leads in the designated region of sales for direct marketing. To understand the sales process and customer requirements before scheduling the visit. Ensure resource availability and allocation. To present the sales pitch and enabling opportunity conversion for our organization. Manage the opportunity till the service is fulfilled and also understand future requirements. To manage existing profile of customers and enable a consistent contact with them. To be able to act smartly to the schedule of live visit. Excellent contact with customers and vendors. Knowledge and Skill Required: Efficient Communication Sales process Knowledge Project planning and handling Team building skills Handling critical situation Fulfil customer requirements Negotiation, presentation, and other soft skills Report writing and delivering skills Thorough knowledge on Air Freight, Sea Freight and Customs Clearance products Required Qualification and Experience: Candidate should be a graduate with fluency in English and Local Language 5+ years experience in Logistics sales, specifically at freight forwarding with proven sales record Candidates with experience from esteemed companies will have additionally preference Attitude Requirement: Passionate Enthusiastic Sincere Honest Hardworking,
