Quality Inspector Job Description: Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.) Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc. Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesnt meet requirements Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order) Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%) Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products Assembly Line Incharge Job Description: Performing assembly line tasks as directed by the supervisor Operating and maintaining machinery and tools on the assembly line Ensuring that products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards Performing quality checks on products before they are sent to the next stage of production Keeping the assembly line clean and organized Reporting any issues or problems with the assembly line to the supervisor Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear Meeting production targets and deadlines Working collaboratively with other members of the assembly line team Continuously improving skills and knowledge of assembly line processes Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
