More about Gravita can be explored at: http://www.gravitaindia.com Location SEZ, Jaipur Department Designing & Engineering Reporting to HOD / Project Head Key Responsibilities Engaging with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address concerns or modifications. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop initial design concepts. Translating conceptual ideas into feasible design solutions. Creating detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications based on project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Applying specialized knowledge and skills in specific areas of design, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, drafting techniques, materials selection, and manufacturing processes. Contributing to cost estimation and value engineering efforts by proposing design alternatives that optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance standards. Ensuring designs are optimized for performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, to coordinate design activities and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, standards, and methodologies. Integrating lessons learned from previous projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring that design deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry codes. Building positive relationships and fostering client confidence in design solutions. Qualification Diploma/ B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience 8-10 years of proven experience in related domain, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Mandatory to have experience working on SolidWorks, AutoCAD. Should have knowledge of Engineering standards like GD&T, IS and ISO standards. Additional Skills Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Having positive and Innovative mindset while working in fast paced working environment.,
