Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for a leading British airline. The role involves providing exceptional customer support via email and voice.
Salary : 34k in hand
Experience : 1yr on paper Internatioanl Experience is Mandatory on paper into airline process.
Qualification : HSC / Graduate both can apply .
Key Responsibilities:
Where you will be working as a Customer Service Advisor Queries regarding flight booking, Travel Insurance , Airport Lounges , Holiday Package , Car rental , Airport parking, Airport Transfers & Holiday Taxis , baggage allowance , flight schedules, travel policies , and other airline services.
its a low - cost airline that offers schedules domestic and international flight across world.
If customer need any others details that are needed to change regards to the package you have to assist them on Call or Email.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, night shift ,including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in email and voice support processes for international clients.
Working : 5 days working Weekly 2 rotational offs.
