Job Description

We require for a leading International BPO an HR Generalist .

Working days 5 days (Monday to friday) ,
Weekoff 2 days ,
CTC 6 LPA Maximum (30% hike as per your last drawn salary only) ,
Location Bhayander (west , near Maxus mall) ,
Shift Timing 3 pm - 12 am .

roles and responsibilities :

Compensation & Benefits Management
Manage Appraisal increments, Promotion increments , Salary Restructuring
HR policies updation
Employee Relations
Job analysis, Competency mapping and formulating Job Descriptions
Induction for new joinees
Providing inputs in formalizing HR processes and policies and implementation of the same
Assistance in organizing of get-togethers,picnics,parties,etc
Process Improvements
Communicating HR policies and processes to employees
