Elecserve Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on generating leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving business growth through proactive sales efforts for our range of electrical services, including APFC (Automatic Power Factor Correction), Harmonic Filters, Electrical Safety Audits, Power Quality Audits, and Testing Services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of electrical services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other methods.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information and sales pipeline data.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions related to APFC systems, Harmonic Filters, and other electrical services.
Handle inbound inquiries, providing information and support for customers to make informed decisions.
Sales Presentations & Demos:
Present Elecserve Tech Solutions offerings (APFC, Harmonic Filters, Electrical Safety & Power Quality Audits, etc.) to potential clients.
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
Respond to technical questions and provide product details effectively to address client concerns.
Proposal Creation & Follow-up:
Create detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contract documents based on client requirements.
Follow up on proposals and quotations to close sales, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Collaborate closely with the field sales team and technical experts to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Provide detailed feedback from clients to assist in product development and customer service improvements.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest offerings in the electrical and energy efficiency sectors.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
Report on sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and updates to the management team.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably within the electrical or energy efficiency sectors.
Knowledge of APFC, Harmonic Filters, Electrical Safety Audits, and Power Quality Audits is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in B2B sales, especially within the electrical or power quality sectors.
Technical knowledge of electrical systems and energy optimization.
Familiarity with industry standards and certifications related to electrical safety and power quality.
