Branch Sales Trainer Place of Posting: Branch Office- Punjab/ Haryana Purpose of the Position: To build the capability and knowledge of front-line staff and managers by effectively managing the branchs training team. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare the annual branch training calendar, achieve CSR/CR sales targets, and manage the branchs training function, covering induction, product, and soft-skill training. 2. Review field trainers" performance rigorously, provide tools and guidance, enable decision-making, and ensure the implementation of actionable points. 3. Conduct induction for new hires, competency development, and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs. 4. Prepare and report on branch sales training and people indices. 5. Plan and execute CSR Parivartan Training to enhance CSR productivity. 6. Manage the branch sales training budget effectively. 7. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on product rollouts, pricing, customer trends, and local market shifts. 8. Build a high-performing training team by initiating employee competency and career development through training, feedback, coaching, and motivation. 9. Foster long-lasting customer and partner relationships and support IFBs Customer Service Charter. 10. Promote interdepartmental synergy to create customized training for improved customer service. 11. Utilize platforms like Town Halls, One IFB, and Collabor8 to build branch knowledge and capability. 12. Implement national/zonal directives, providing valuable feedback and suggestions. 13. Monitor CSR/CR sales performance and collaborate with the Branch Manager to improve productivity.,
