Job description JOB ROLE: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Company: Next Angle Design Studios [Pet India Group of Companies] Position: Site Supervisor Location: Chennai Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our construction and interior projects in Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage construction and interior projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards. - Coordinate with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Supervise and manage teams of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other construction personnel. - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met. - Manage and track project expenses, schedules, and resources. - Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly. Requirements - Strong knowledge of construction and interior design principles, practices, and techniques. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications. - Ability to travel to different sites and ensure productivity.
