Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer data
- Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful support
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, quality metrics, and productivity standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer support, sales, or service industry)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
