Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive Electrical & Electronics Location: Bhopal, Indore, Raipur Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for the Electrical & Electronics division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical and electronic products and services, excellent sales skills, and a passion for customer service. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrical and electronic solutions to a variety of industries, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively prospect new business opportunities within the electrical and electronics sector. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the company, including specifications, features, benefits, and applications in various industries. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of customers. Proposal & Quote Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate, customized proposals, quotations, and bids for clients. Follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales. Market Research: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, customer feedback, and market developments to the sales manager. Order Management: Ensure timely processing of orders, managing lead times, and addressing any issues with order fulfillment. Travel: Attend client meetings, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and increase sales opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales within the electrical, electronics, or technology sector (1-3 years preferred). Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components, systems, or solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong customer relationships and close sales deals. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required.
