Job Title: Java, Kubernetes, Python Location: Pune Experience: 5-8 years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Candidates with more than 30 days notice will not be considered) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java, Kubernetes, and Python Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java backend development, Kubernetes for container orchestration, and Python scripting for automation and data processing. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Java applications in a cloud-native ecosystem. Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Utilize Python for automation, scripting, and integrating with backend systems. Work with Kubernetes orchestration, Helm charts, and cluster management to ensure high availability and performance. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and manage DevOps workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a distributed system environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud-native best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Java development with strong backend expertise. Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments. Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.). Strong knowledge of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Solid understanding of networking, security, and API management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
