- Job Description: Matrix Design & Industries Pvt. Ltd. seeking an experienced Oversee and optimize industrial engineering processes, manage a team of engineers, and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction across operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the industrial engineering team to ensure effective and efficient project execution. Develop, implement, and monitor industrial engineering standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize output. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Production, Quality Control) to align engineering solutions with organizational goals. Prepare and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring cost control and resource optimization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all engineering activities. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Participate in training efforts for industrial engineering personnel. Required Skills: Strong experience in knit fabric sampling, particularly in an export environment. Excellent understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and quality standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills to handle client interactions and internal coordination. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Masters preferred). 10-15 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficient in industrial engineering software, data analysis, and process optimization tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
