Job Description

Role: Java Backend Developer Experience: 3-6 years (we can consider candidates with a minimum of 2.5 years, only if they are excellent profiles) Technical Requirements: Strong experience in Java Backend Development Proficiency in both SQL & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipeline) Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, and automation solutions Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and data-driven approaches for backend optimizations Soft Skills & Mindset: Strong communication & articulation skills Structured thought process and a logical approach to problem-solving Interest & willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Location & Work Model: Bangalore - Marathahalli (Client Office); Work mode - Work from Office; Looking for immediate joiners,
