Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day billing, purchase entries, and order management activities.
- Communicate effectively with channel partners via email for order confirmations, dispatch details, and other coordination.
- Maintain and update records accurately in the accounting software and DMS software.
- Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze data in MS Excel for internal reporting.
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping and invoicing.
Required Skills:
- Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field).
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of basic financial principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with accounting software like BusyWin is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with DMS software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
