Job Description

Role: Human Resources Business Partner II

Location: Eco Space, Bellandur

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift


The role holder will focus on one or more of the following key Talent, Engagement and Performance Management activities:

  • Employee Engagement: Manage employee engagement programs, engagement survey planning, communications, post survey analysis, action planning (including but not limited to surveys for Agents and non-Agents, Townhalls, Onboarding, Client specific programs, Exit, and ad hoc surveys).
  • Performance Management: Manage Agent and non-Agent annual Performance process including Goal setting, Quarterly check ins, calibration, annual review, communication planning, analysis & presentations, liaison with Compensation / Incentive team.
  • Talent Management: Help manage hi potential programs, Succession planning, targeted coaching interventions and related Executive Talent programs.
  • Leadership and Career Development: Help manage Career Development programs and leadership interventions (DISC, 360-degree surveys and the like including survey vendor management for identified leaders.
  • Analytics: Create and manage HR analytics including Talent, Engagement and Performance dashboards, and any relevant HR Metrics.

For the above, the role holder will do as follows:

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end program lifecycle processes, including defining scope, key objectives and deliverables, and timeline with identified TEP team members, in support of TEP initiatives like Talent Management, Engagement and Performance management as well as any related initiatives or projects.
  • Prepare and execute detailed project plan(s) and completion schedule(s), including identifying budget and resources required for project success
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with participating TEP team members to monitor and report on the status of deliverables
  • Provide routine project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders via reporting dashboards, identifies progress and/or project plan adjustments.
  • Measure project performance and/or success via data analysis, identifies trends; makes recommendations for process improvements
  • Participate in planning for department where appropriate, including identifying, establishing, and meeting department future goals and objectives.
