Role & responsibilities

Should be able to work independently with analysis of production issue/troubleshooting.

•        Able to work independently in rotational shifts.
•        Understanding business functionality of the application
•        Provide clarifications on bridge calls for critical incidents.
•        On time delivery as per agreed ETAs
•        Ensure quality of deliverables
•        Demonstrate good spoken, written and prompt communication.
•        Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for implementation.            
•        Experience on working in Production Support would be value add.
•        Experience on IOT/Connected Cars would be a value add.
•        Experience on Production Support and interacting with Customer would be value add.
•        Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•        Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
•        Azure DevOps - VSTS
