Position : UI UX Designer
Located at : Noida
Experience : 2 -5 years.
20.95 Ventures, headquartered in Noida, India, is the global pioneer that facilitates the welfare of business communities through a goodness platform called, HUMBEE. HUMBEE, a technology platform, provides an innovative and comprehensive solution, to both the Manufacturers and the Value Chain Partners (VCPs). To the Manufacturer, it provides distribution visibility, that enables them to overcome inefficiencies in distribution and brings transparency in Pricing, Promotions and Schemes till the last point of sales; besides penetrating deeper in the market, by participation in VCPs welfare. On the other hand, it brings the social security benefits to the VCPs, with dignity, commensurate to their efforts and contribution in business.Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct user research and analyse feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design wireframes, low/high fidelity prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Create UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for mobile and web applications build using React Nativ and React JS.
- Ensure consistency across React Nativ (Movile) and React Js (Web) by implementing high design systems and creating libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on real user insights.
- Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles across all platforms.
- Stay updated with design trends and emerging tools to enhance the product experience.
- Develop in-house design assets to aid other revenue-generating departments (e.g., sales, marketing, events).Qualification and Skills required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, allied branches is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
- Proficiency in interaction/animation platforms like ProtoPie, Affter Effects, Lottie, Premier Pro.
- Understanding of design systems, interaction design, and user-cantered design principles, including mobile first design, responsiveness and PWA concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Design tokens, atomic designs and component based UI Frameworks
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience designing for SaaS, B2B platforms, or data-intensive applications.
- Prior experience with user research and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
Requirements
Strong Behance Portfolio or portfolio on any other similar platform is a must.
For React Native Mobile App UI/UX:
1. Design & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
2. Interaction & Animation: Principle, ProtoPie, After Effects, Lottie
3. Platform-Specific Guidelines: Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) for iOS, Material Design for Android
4. Usability Testing & Research: Maze, Lookback, UserTesting
For React.js Web Application UI/UX:
5. Design & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
6. UI Component Libraries: Material UI, Tailwind UI, Bootstrap
7. User Behavior Analysis: Hotjar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg
8. Collaboration & Handoff: Zeplin, Avocode, Jira, Notion
Soft Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
3. Good communication and collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
