Job Overview:

Southern Multistate Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. This role focuses on fund mobilization, team leadership, and achieving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Fund Mobilization & Business Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and mobilize funds from the public.

• Build and nurture relationships with key clients to enhance deposits and investments.

• Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, train, and inspire the branch team to meet performance targets and deliver superior customer service.

• Organize regular training sessions and performance evaluations for continuous improvement.

• Drive marketing and sales initiatives to promote financial products and services.

Branch Performance & Compliance

• Monitor branch performance against KPIs and report progress to senior management.

• Ensure adherence to cooperative regulations and operational guidelines.

• Prior experience in cooperative societies or similar financial institutions is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of the local market and community is preferred.
