You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers. - Troubleshoot and diagnose network-related problems. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Knowledge of routing and switching concepts. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues. - Familiarity with network security principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and customer service skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Graduation degree is required.,
