The plant consists of 2 Cement mills, One roller press. Unit was commissioned in the year 2013. Further slag mill is under construction and on commissioning of the same the production capacity will be enhanced to 4.2 MTPA of cement. 1) Planning of job & workmen on daily basis. 2) Planning of material & listing of spare on time to time. 3) Execution of job planning . 4) Making PR-related to material,services & repair. 5)Making Service entry sheet for contructor bill processing 6) Ensure all safety precautions are strictly adhere as per electrical standard.7) Closing M2 & M5 notification 8) Making BOM 9) Making SOP- related to field instruments & Safety 10) Making SWP/JSA as per activity 11) Planning of shutdown & execution in Cement mill area. 12) Attending breakdown 13) Helping to other department regarding E&I. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Monthly E&I service bill processing Timely making Entry sheet KRA2 Ensure that all safety precaution are strictly adhere as per standard. Follow all safety standard. KRA3 Proper maintain spare parts for cement mill, colony and MRSS area Timely making PR KRA4 E&I stoppage reduction by preventive and breakdown maintenance in Cement mill area Doing opportunity ,preventive and breakdown maintenance KRA5 Ensure smoothy running of Cement mill by optimizing process parameters and achived target Smooth operation Qualifications: Diploma in electrical eng,Bachelor of Technical Edu.
