Job Description:: Job Location: Pune Qualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation) Shifts: Flexible/US Shift Experience: 1 to 2 Years Role: Senior Process Executive Notice Period: immediate joiners NOTE: Candidates Needs to bring Pan card without fail for Assessment. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle User/customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are met Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customers account in the prescribed format Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines Preferred Skills: 1. Good oral and written Communication skills. 2. Target oriented. 3. Good Analytical and Reasoning ability 4. Client / Customer interactions / negotiation skills. Must have skills: Preference for agents with experience in customer service, contact center, order to cash / order to shipment. Prior exposure to multinational firms is preferable.
