- Job Overview This role is positioned at the intersection of technology, business processes, and strategic business vision. As a Technology/Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding the organization through its journey of modernizing and streamlining its operations and offerings through digital technology. You will be responsible for assessing current technological infrastructures and proposing innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic business goals. This dynamic position requires a blend of analytical skills, technological expertise, and visionary thinking, and is ideal for someone passionate about driving change in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Assess the organization's technology and digital needs, developing strategies to leverage emerging technologies that drive business growth and transformation. Define the technology vision, roadmap, and provide recommendations on digital transformation strategies. Manage and optimize technology tools, platforms, and processes to ensure smooth workflows and high efficiency. Collaborate with various departments (LOBs, Finance, etc.) to implement digital transformation initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure proper resource planning. Act as a technology evangelist, fostering awareness and understanding across internal teams. Build and lead a high-performing technology team with expertise in Gen AI, ML, and Data Engineering to deliver significant business value through automation, tool creation, and accelerators. Develop and implement technology solutions to digitize services, improve customer experiences, and drive internal and external service changes. Manage risks, opportunities, and dependencies across all ongoing transformation programs. Provide leadership to the technical team in executing the transformation roadmap. Stay updated on industry trends, and identify opportunities for new or improved products and solutions. Apply innovation management best practices like Design Thinking, Agile, UX Design, root cause analysis, and software development life cycle to solve complex challenges. Identify stakeholder needs, expectations, and priorities, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Required Skills And Qualifications Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12-15 years of experience in software engineering with prior product management experience. Proven track record of leading product, GenAI/ML projects from inception to deployment, with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Deep knowledge of design patterns, standards, and best practices for machine learning model development. Extensive experience in server-side web development, middleware, Enterprise Application Platforms (EAPs), and scripting tools/protocols. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams. Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in environments with ambiguous requirements. Experience working with data scientists to create and refine AI model prompts. Expertise in developing advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve GenAI model performance and accuracy. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, etc.). Experience with microservices architecture.
