Business Development Executive - Job Summary:

Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai
Reporting To: Head of Sales / Director
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Agro-Chemicals, and Paints. This involves lead generation, sales, account management, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify new customers, conduct market analysis, and develop leads through various channels.
2. Sales & Business Development: Understand customer needs, provide quotations, conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers.
3. Account Management & Customer Retention: Manage existing accounts, handle inquiries and orders, and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Prepare sales reports, update CRM tools, and forecast sales performance.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of business development/sales experience (preferably in B2B industries like Chemicals or Pharma).
• Strong market research, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
