Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information in our company databases and computer systems. The ideal candidate will have Good typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle large amounts of data accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and digital records.
Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information.
Organize and store documents efficiently to ensure easy retrieval.
Ensure data security and confidentiality.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
Assist in administrative tasks related to data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
Good typing skills (e.g., 20-30 words per minute) with accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or IT are a plus.
