Urgent Hiring:Telecaller Position at Taraji Shiksha & Vikas Foundation We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Taraji Shiksha & Vikas Foundation in Virar West, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference through effective communication and outreach. Position:Telecaller Salary Range:12,000 - 20,000 per month (commensurate with skills, experience, and interview performance) Educational Requirement:12th Pass Work Arrangement:On-site Experience:1 - 2 Years Location:Virar West, Mumbai Working Hours:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Interview Timings:11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Job Responsibilities: - Conduct donor outreach to promote NGO campaigns. - Build and maintain relationships with donors and volunteers. - Gather and manage relevant information effectively. - Handle inquiries and provide appropriate responses. - Follow up on donations and pledges to ensure fulfillment. - Update and maintain the donor/volunteer database. - Promote events and initiatives organized by the foundation. - Collect feedback to improve outreach strategies. - Assist in book sales and related activities. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. - Experience in marketing and sales, particularly in outbound and domestic calls. - Familiarity with mutual funds and real estate sectors is preferred.
