Position: Engineering Manager Years of Experience : 10 -14 yrs Qualifications : BE, BTech, MTech, MCA from a reputed institute Job Location: Pune Work Mode: 4 days WFO Position Summary: We are currently hiring an Engineering Manager having strong Background in Java, Springboot. Experience in Project Management & Delivery, Team Management & Development, Stakeholder & Process Management and Service Delivery Excellence. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery: Plan, schedule, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Define tasks and assign responsibilities to ensure successful project milestones. Monitor project progress and quality, providing regular reports. Team Management & Development: Build and maintain a motivated and cohesive project team. Set performance expectations and ensure proper training for team members. Manage teams of 15-18 people. Stakeholder & Process Management: Support the sales team in responding to bids/tenders. Leverage project learnings to improve pre-sales processes. Handle stakeholder management and strategic planning. Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure high service delivery standards as a senior team member. Implement sound project management practices. Drive project team and client engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong Java background (Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot). Experience in distributed systems and micro-services architecture. Agile methodology experience. Cloud-native development knowledge (preferred). Utilities domain experience (preferred). Management & Leadership Skills: At least 2 years of experience as a manager. Techno-managerial experience (handling both technical and managerial tasks). Hands-on experience with Service Delivery. Strong project management skills, including tools, methodologies, and best practices. Other Key Requirements: Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in strategic planning.
