- Who We Are And What Do We Do We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants. What Will You Do The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mobile App Automation Testing (Android & iOS) using Appium. The ideal candidate will lead test automation initiatives, manage testing projects, and mentor a team while ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust automation frameworks and best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks to optimize testing efficiency. Automate Test Cases for mobile applications (Android & iOS) using Appium. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing. Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage through well-structured automation strategies. Perform Manual Testing when necessary to validate edge cases. Lead a team of automation engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. Oversee testing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and QA) to improve software quality. Manage Test Data and Environments to support various testing scenarios. Drive Continuous Improvement by implementing automation best practices and innovative solutions. Monitor Post-Release Performance to detect and resolve issues proactively. Generate Test Reports and provide insights on testing progress and defect trends. Debug and Troubleshoot Automation Failures, ensuring smooth execution. What Are We Looking For 6+ years of experience in Mobile App Automation Testing (Android & iOS) using Appium. Proven experience in team leadership and project management within a QA or automation team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality applications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is preferred. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured. Familiarity with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or other automation frameworks. Exposure to Agile methodologies and test management tools like JIRA. Education/Qualification : Bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science. Experience : 6-8 years. Industry : IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech. Work arrangement : 5 days working from office. Location : Noida.
