Job Description:

Require CRM Solution Designer / CRM Functional Consultant with following skills:

• Good communication & presentation skills
• Minimum 5 years of implementation experience (Dynamics 365 Online preferred)
• Ability to demonstrate OOB functionality across Marketing, Sales and Service module (i.e Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement)
• Ability to provide OOB solutions (No-code,Low-code model)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE Security Architecture
• Ability to demonstrate complex implementation experiences involving integration with dynamics CRM
• Requirements Gathering, Solution Designing, process documentation
• Rapid Prototyping / POC experience
• Good understanding of common data model & common data service
• Experience in Azure Devops
• Team handling skills.

• Azure Stack (Azure functions, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Identities)
• Offshore-Onshore Model
• Power platform (power apps, poerw apps portals, power automate, power BI)
• Microsft USD (Unified Service Desk)
• Experience in complex implementations with
• Client side scripting
• Experience in any enterprise architecture process framework (TOGAF, Zachman etc)
• Certified in Microsoft Business Apps (Microsoft Dynamics CE + Power Platform)
