The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing projects to ensure they
are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget In doing so they must set, manage and fulfil
customer expectations to ensure the project is a success
The Project Manager role is oriented toward not only successfully managing the project but also ensuring
that it contributes to the overall business objectives and delivers measurable benefits
The Project Manager will apply the relevant methodology for the project cycle In case of Agile or Hydbrid
methodologies, the Project manager will endeavour to act as a Scrum Master , driving efficiency,
collaboration, empowerment and value creation based on Agile principles
The Project Manager role is also engaeged in pre sales stages to support and contribute to the
proposals
The Project Manager will also play a vital role in ensuring seamless service integration of partners into
the solution being delivered
