job description
we are looking for a dynamic tele sales executive to join our team in sector 67 noida the ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in tele sales with strong communication and persuasion skills

key responsibilities
make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales
explain products and services address queries and convert leads into customers
follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
achieve and exceed sales targets and kpis
maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the crm
build and maintain strong customer relationships

requirements
minimum one year of experience in tele sales or a similar role
strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
ability to handle objections and convert leads efficiently
self motivated and target driven mindset
comfortable working in a fast paced environment
