Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining all the medically required statutory records including pregnant women, creche children, accident, minor injuries.
• Time to time tracking of the medicine inflow and outflow of the total stock including first aid supply.
• Periodical training and awareness covering all the employees related to general health, food habit, health and hygiene.
• Periodical checking of pregnant women and physically handicap employees.
• Any emergency medical cases to be referred to the ESI hospitals and need based closest hospitals to their respective units and ensuring the life and safeguarding their health aspects.
• Tour visits on the shopfloor in a day in order to interact and checking the general health conditions of the employees.
• Conducting refresher training for first aider.
• Visiting dormitories periodically in consultation with unit HR Manager.

Experience: 0-5 years

Education: MBBS
