Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring that all payments and collections are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle invoice processing, expense reports, and payment requests while maintaining thorough documentation and records.
• Perform reconciliations of financial statements, bank transactions, and ledgers to guarantee accurate and up-to-date financial data.
• Contribute to the creation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, aiding in comprehensive financial planning.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, conducting audits when necessary to verify compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address and resolve any financial discrepancies or inquiries.
