- Job Title: Executive - Operations & Marketing (IT) Job Designation: Operations Assistant / Executive Job Location: Gurugram/Chennai (Work from Office) Experience: 2+ years Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred Roles and Responsibilities: Strong proficiency in email writing and communication skills. Basic understanding of IT services, including networking, cloud computing, data centers (DC), hardware, and OEM solutions. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to support daily operations and workflow management. Monitor and manage time-sensitive and priority tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups. Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders. Coordinate and track ongoing projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely updates. Prepare and reconcile expense reports while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business engagement. Attend meetings, document key discussions, and draft meeting minutes or summaries. Handle special projects, including preparing business presentations, financial spreadsheets, and analytical reports. Assist in marketing activities, including content creation, campaign execution, and promotional strategies. Take on additional or alternative responsibilities as needed, supporting other departments or executives. Exhibit leadership qualities with a self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
