Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Project/Operation Manager to lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. This role requires a strong background in managing IT projects and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance systems while aligning with business objectives and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize IT operations, ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of digital platforms and infrastructure. Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives. Utilize project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to track progress, manage risks, and drive operational efficiency. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering growth in infrastructure management and security best practices. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring transparency and accountability. Develop and implement IT governance, risk management, and process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee DevOps strategy execution, ensuring alignment with automation, scalability, and business continuity objectives. Qualifications : 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and security. Proven experience in IT project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency in DevOps practices, IT service management (ITSM), and compliance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
