Designation: RPO IT Recruiter
Role: IT Recruitment (RPO Model)
Location: Hybrid (50% Onsite with Client, 50% with BSL)
Timings: 09:00 am 06:00 pm
Salary: Fixed + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturdays off after 3 months)
Job Description End-to-End Recruitment (RPO Model)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment under the RPO model for prestigious clients, including Big 4 and Fortune 500 companies.
- Work 50% of the time at the client location (onsite) and the remaining 50% at BSL, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between both teams.
- Develop hiring strategies in line with client expectations and business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and direct channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Post job openings and screen resumes based on client specifications.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close positions independently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide real-time updates, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience working in an RPO setup for Big 4 or Fortune 500 clients.
- Minimum 1 year of IT Recruitment experience; RPO-specific experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Any graduate (preferably B.Tech or with a tech background).
- Experience with sourcing tools and job boards.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SLAs, and ATS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
