MIS Jr. Analyst Job Description

Preferred
Hands-on experience in MS Excel / Google Sheets, MS Word / Google Docs and MS Powerpoint / Google Slides
Knowledge of SQL / Google App-Script/PLX is added benefit
Roles and responsibilities:
1.MIS activities for a Global project
2.Strong Logical thinking, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills
3.Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
4.Generate reports and distribute post reviews by the Supervisor in an accurate and timely manner.
5.Provide support to update the current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
6.Perform data analysis on a periodic basis.
7.Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Project's (KPIs - Key Performance Indicators) & publish the reports on a weekly & monthly basis.
8.Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed for Client & Internal communication
9.Liaison with the support functions & participate in cross-functional meetings to manage & improve existing management information systems (MIS)
