Prepare accurate and timely financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions through thorough analysis of data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize record-to-report processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) role or similar position.
Strong understanding of GL Accounting principles, intercompany reconciliation, and RTR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to identify errors or discrepancies in financial records.
Night shifts are MANDATORY for this role .
