ITOM: Configure and maintain IT Operations Management modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration to optimize operational efficiency.
ITSM: Develop workflows and processes for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
HRSD: Customize and enhance Human Resources Service Delivery applications to streamline HR processes and ensure seamless employee service experiences.
Document technical designs, configurations, and user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in ServiceNow SecOps, ITOM, ITSM, and HRSD modules with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
