Team Leader (TL) Retail Reports to : Field Manager (FM Direct Reportees : Sales Executives (S E ) Coordination with: ASM / Dist rib utrs Key Responsib i liies o Achieve month-wise sales objectives in the area Overall Volume Target, Range Selling Target , reach and depth of Distributi on taget. o Identify clusters, customers, influencers and monitor competitive activities in the market place and assess their impa ct on busness. o Plan town wise coverage basis the number of outlets and busi n ess poential. o Ensure proper adherence of area coverage plans & PJPs and implementation of systematic coverag e o f the teritory. o Evaluate & modify the same at regular intervals keeping in mind the business growth, outlet expansion, and required coverage frequency & cost effctiveness o Drive implementation of coverage plan by all team members through communication, mo nitoring ad feedback o Set monthly / annual targets for DBs (Urban) & SEs & commu n icate themeffectively o Support in Identification/ Selection of DBs as per requirement Urban. Evaluating them on financial strength, infrastructure, experience, market standing and a lig nment with Cstrol vision o Explain schemes to Distributors and en s uring timelydisbursement o Review performance of DBs & evaluate at regular intervals the services rendered, coverage and distribution gains, and fin anc ial status of he distributor o Influence the distributor par t ner to keep abeast with 3 Is o Monitor constantly stock, sales and market credit of distributors and take corrective actions if and as required, to en sure that the buiness is healthy o Ensure that all Castrol systems, proced u res and HSSE reqirements are met o Support the ASM in developing a detailed pl an for acquiring Clas A/B Dealers & IWS o Responsible for growing the Class A/B Dealer, Anmol Rattan & IWS base through condu c ting market visits& customer meetings o Accountable for relationship management fo r all customers in te assigned territory o Responsible for ongoing relationship management with Class A/B Dealers, Anmol Ratt a n & Class A/B IWS though regular meetings o Re solving customer issue on a day to day basis o Responsible for managing SR Cal l s, Productivity, Throuhput (CPT) end to end o Support the ASM in forecasting requirements of SEs- basis growth/ geographical areas and ensure timely recruitment in accordance with the company policy and ma int ain full strength of SEsat all times in the area o S upport the FM in Identifcation/Selection of SE/ME o Providing effective On The Job Coaching to SE/ME as required, particularly in call pr ocedure execution (throughaccompanying SEs on beats) o Rev i ewing performance of SEs ad provide timely feedback. o He lp in designing & optimization f PJP, call cycle of SE / ME o Time l y feedback & help FM to analsis SE/ ME performance & RAG o Implement the specific training pro gra m suggested by trainer / FM fo on th e jo b tr aining to SE/ME ducational ackgro u nd Requirement Gr adu ate Experence Requirement Tenue: 7+ years Nature of Experience: o Channel sa les, experience of mana ging distribtors is essential, with experen c e in Third Party Management and Distributor Management and B aza r Trade Should have coaching skill t,
