Job Description Responsible for programs delivery and related P&L for customer that will involve people from all practices within Capgemini e.g. I&D, DCX, ADM, DQE, as well as other entities IBU, Sogetietc. Lead and manage offshore projects OR a portfolio of projects with a strong focus on Quality, Schedule and Cost. Strong governance approach that enhances Delivery Excellence with a strong and capable handle on conflicts arising in a distributed delivery context During pre-sales, function as the authority for shaping up the engagement with a focus on the optimal pyramid, skill sets, and other capabilities required. Drive the off-shore solution with focus on including the right elements that will enable on-time and quality delivery Liaise with Business Users for Requirement for various project streams across different lines of business Responsible to help identify & recruit resources for the roles identified at customer engagements Responsible for growth of Cloud business growth within the accountPrimary SkillsPrimary Skills (must have): Lead a portfolio of responsible engagements and ability to identify new sales opportunity Delivery Led Sales Should be able to have discussions with CXOs. Prior experience in handling senior stakeholders will be useful. Excellent customer facing and communication skills Effective leader and excellent personal organization and planning skills Problem evaluator, problem solver with excellent analytical skills Should have led at least 2 large distributed delivery implementations that are above 50-100 FTE in the last 2 years Demonstrate a strong grasp and command of leading and strategizing a reasonably complex technical delivery by identifying delivery risks (technical, quality and other) Strong experience in Agile methodology is an added advantageSecondary Skills Good hands on skill on MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Sound exposure to Pre-Sales and ability to work with various practices to bring things to closure,
