Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic backend developer to lead our technology team and oversee the development and implementation of our technology strategy. The lead developer will play a pivotal role in executing our company's technology vision, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our platform. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the companys technology strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into the companys technology roadmap. Ensure the security and integrity of the companys technology assets and data. Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors. Drive the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar leadership role in technology. Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Flutter. Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technology team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
