What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for building customer facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations. Work closely with the Project Manager,Product Owner, and a team of developers. You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client's business growth. What We Need In You Strong in Javascript ES6 and Typescript, HTML, CSS ( SASS or LESS or Tailwind), REST APIs Experience in at least one frontend framework like Angular, ReactJS, vue.js etc. Experience in developing web applications with strong debugging skills Experience in at least one backend technologies - NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, Python. And at least one database like mongoDB, NoSql, MySql, PostgreSql. Exposure to page speed improvement techniques. CI/CT/CD implementations exposure. Desired Qualification Graduate - BE / Btech or equivalent. 5 to 10 years of experience Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills. A good team player with nice communication skills. Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment.,
