- About Mareana At Mareana, we specialize in developing AI/ML-powered enterprise solutions for the Manufacturing, Sustainability, and Supply Chain sectors. Our goal is to drive innovation and efficiency by integrating advanced data solutions into the existing infrastructure of our clients and the Mareana Cloud. We are currently looking for a Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ERP implementation and data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Business Process Optimization Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with client business processes in the supply chainor material management domains. Analyze business workflows to identify optimization opportunities and create solutions that integrate seamlessly into the ERP system. Develop automated flowcharts that detail process steps, handoffs, and decision points for efficient operational mapping. Client Engagement & Solution Delivery Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the product team, ensuring smooth communication and successful implementation of ERP solutions. Gather and document business requirements from clients, translating them into functional specifications for the technical team to implement. Advocate for system enhancements and new functionalities to improve the clients experience. Technical Expertise & Data Management 30% Technical experience: Provide technical insights with a focus on data analysis, SQL, data discovery, and ETL processes. Work with clients to manage data conversion and data warehousing, ensuring clean, actionable data for effective decision-making. Support data integration and ETL tasks, facilitating the movement of data across systems to meet business needs. Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative environment and a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize the value of Mareanas products and solutions. Client Relationship & Business Growth Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor for ERP and data-related solutions. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the companys product portfolio based on client feedback. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years in functional consulting, with at least 4-6 years in the supply chain, manufacturing, or logisticsdomain, specifically with ERP implementations. Functional & Technical Expertise 70% Functional experience: Proven hands-on experience in ERP implementation in supply chain managementor material management modules, particularly SAP MM or related ERP systems. 30% Technical experience: Strong understanding of SQL, data discovery, data analysis, and ETL processes. Expertise in data management, including data conversion, data warehousing, and integration of AI-driven solutions. Communication & Leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to both business and technical audiences. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, cross-functional collaboration, and fostering knowledge sharing. Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to optimizing business and technical workflows. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, specifically in material management or supply chain. Exposure to AI-driven solutions and process automation in the context of ERP. Experience with data integration, ETL, and working with large datasets.
