Job Description

    We are looking for a strategic software product sales professional who will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets for our inhouse software products. The resource will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for our software products. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments to focus sales efforts and maximize growth opportunities. Define sales goals, objectives, and KPIs, and establish processes to monitor and measure sales performance against targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities. Monitor client satisfaction, address issues and concerns promptly, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in our software product market. Collaborate with marketing, development, and other cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Explore new market segments, geographies, and distribution channels to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, tracking tools, and dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue projections. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals. Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for sales team members, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Relevant Experience & Qualifications: 8-15 years of sales exposure in the Software Products (ERP sales) realm. Automotive domain exposure is mandatory. Must have International Sales Experience in IT Products. (GCC Regions) Proven experience of 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth for software products or technology solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of the software products market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Experience in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and budget management. Proficiency in sales CRM software and other sales enablement tools. Need to identify skillset gap and necessary Trainings for Teams. Knowledge of IT Product sales, cloud computing, ERP Sales and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is a mandatory or a plus. Job Location: Kochi, Kerala,
