Sr. Calibration Engineer cum Marketing Manager @ Oracle

Job description 20+ years old Laboratory specializing in Testing & Calibration of equipment and Calibration as a Service. Job Overview Service existing customers account for calibration & services business Involves in setting sales budgets & forecasts activities for Calibration Support calibration laboratory operations, ad-hoc quotations, job assignment etc Answers all customer inquiries through personal, phone or e-mail. Provides quotations to identified customers. Tracks and updates status of all purchase orders. Reviews and updates records of all existing and new customers. Notifies customer accounts of scheduled dates, time of arrival and Technician assigned to each job. Notify and remind Technicians of Calibration due dates as per standards. Performs initial inspections on deliveries to customers which includes checking of documents and shipping process needs Generates status reports needed by the sales team. Print Recall Lists by Month and separate by; Area, Due Date and time to complete, separate and note on the recall list amount of Electronic and Mechanical equipment, note specific items, special instructions, etc. Qualifications and Skills Works primarily in a laboratory Sales experience in the calibration industry Strong knowledge of calibration processes Experience in business development and key account management Ability to communicate technical information effectively Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/ at least 1-3 years related exp in calibration sales industry Location : ICL Calibration & Testing Services A-78, Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar(UK) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
